海灣化(hua)(hua)學緊(jin)緊(jin)圍繞安(an)全(quan)風險(xian)分級(ji)管(guan)控(kong)和隱患排查(cha)治理(li)兩個體(ti)系,進(jin)一(yi)步細化(hua)(hua)安(an)全(quan)管(guan)理(li)。近日,企業(ye)實(shi)現(xian)了作業(ye)票(piao)證(zheng)電(dian)子化(hua)(hua),電(dian)子化(hua)(hua)的(de)票(piao)證(zheng)辦理(li)更(geng)加注重細節,尤其注重本(ben)人(ren)簽字(zi)、完工(gong)驗收及時效(xiao)性(xing),對超時的(de)票(piao)證(zheng)及時聯系質監(jian)進(jin)行復測。企業(ye)細化(hua)(hua)施工(gong)安(an)全(quan)管(guan)理(li)。進(jin)廠(chang)的(de)施工(gong)人(ren)員必(bi)須(xu)經過安(an)全(quan)培訓,且(qie)安(an)全(quan)考試和防疫考試才能(neng)進(jin)廠(chang),實(shi)現(xian)人(ren)證(zheng)合(he)一(yi)、證(zheng)照相(xiang)符(fu)。在日常檢查(cha)中,讓個人(ren)違章無所遁形,進(jin)一(yi)步提升了施工(gong)管(guan)理(li)。

近期(qi),企(qi)業組織對各裝(zhuang)置(zhi)工(gong)藝(yi)指標進行(xing)(xing)(xing)全面查定。報警值(zhi)是否設定、聯鎖是否投(tou)用(yong)都一一細(xi)(xi)查,以(yi)確保所有(you)工(gong)藝(yi)指標都在最(zui)佳范圍內運(yun)行(xing)(xing)(xing)。目前(qian),已(yi)完(wan)成5000多個工(gong)藝(yi)參數(shu)(shu)的(de)查定。待查定結束,企(qi)業將以(yi)此為依據建立新(xin)的(de)工(gong)藝(yi)參數(shu)(shu)臺賬,確保裝(zhuang)置(zhi)長周(zhou)期(qi)穩定運(yun)行(xing)(xing)(xing)。各裝(zhuang)置(zhi)開始利用(yong)大數(shu)(shu)據輔(fu)助生(sheng)產(chan)(chan),氯(lv)(lv)堿廠(chang)每天通過(guo)細(xi)(xi)致的(de)數(shu)(shu)據分析研判裝(zhuang)置(zhi)和設備(bei)運(yun)行(xing)(xing)(xing)狀態;氯(lv)(lv)乙烯(xi)廠(chang)用(yong)來追(zhui)根溯源、提(ti)升(sheng)單(dan)體(ti)質(zhi)量(liang)(liang);聚(ju)(ju)氯(lv)(lv)乙烯(xi)廠(chang)用(yong)來調整配方、提(ti)升(sheng)聚(ju)(ju)氯(lv)(lv)乙烯(xi)產(chan)(chan)量(liang)(liang)和質(zhi)量(liang)(liang)。以(yi)聚(ju)(ju)氯(lv)(lv)乙烯(xi)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)為例,控(kong)制(zhi)過(guo)程及最(zui)終產(chan)(chan)品的(de)各種數(shu)(shu)據細(xi)(xi)化到一釜一統計。
班組建設精(jing)益(yi)化
疫情期間,氯堿廠電(dian)(dian)解工(gong)(gong)(gong)段(duan)開通(tong)網絡課堂,帶領新(xin)(xin)員工(gong)(gong)(gong)遠程學(xue)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝、畫流程圖(tu)。電(dian)(dian)解工(gong)(gong)(gong)段(duan)創(chuang)新(xin)(xin)考(kao)(kao)核形(xing)式(shi)(shi),實行交(jiao)叉(cha)考(kao)(kao)核,由(you)交(jiao)班(ban)班(ban)長為(wei)接(jie)班(ban)員工(gong)(gong)(gong)出題(ti),接(jie)班(ban)班(ban)長為(wei)交(jiao)班(ban)員工(gong)(gong)(gong)出題(ti),通(tong)過交(jiao)叉(cha)考(kao)(kao)核補短(duan)板、掃盲(mang)區,全面提(ti)升(sheng)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝水平。氯乙烯廠氯乙烯工(gong)(gong)(gong)段(duan)則(ze)通(tong)過創(chuang)新(xin)(xin)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作室細化培(pei)訓(xun)素材(cai)和培(pei)訓(xun)形(xing)式(shi)(shi),細化人員安排,做細數據(ju)搜集(ji),提(ti)升(sheng)班(ban)組管理。企業還(huan)將建立工(gong)(gong)(gong)匠創(chuang)新(xin)(xin)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作室,讓(rang)精益求精、追求極致的工(gong)(gong)(gong)匠精神在每個班(ban)組弘揚。
員工管理精(jing)益化
